Fulfillment Policy

  • REFUND POLICY
    No refunds are currently offered except for extenuating circumstances. If you need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. If your print arrives with significant damage, reach out via contact. For prints lost in transit, please file a claim with USPS.

  • DELIVERY POLICY
    We ship all purchases within around 10 days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). This is a fulfillment operation of one person (myself), so some mild delays may occur. All shipments are fulfilled through USPS. Generally you can expect your items within 1-2 weeks after shipment but there may be situations of extreme weather, or postal delays, resulting in longer wait times. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.

  • RETURN POLICY
    Due to the delicate/limited nature of the printed works, no returns accepted at this time.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    If your order has yet to be fulfilled, and you feel the need to cancel, please contact me.
